Returns & Refund Policy

You can request to return, refund or exchange of our products within 7 days from receiving your order. If your product is damaged during shipping or it isn’t as described, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will gladly help you with your request. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees unless the received product was damaged or had a factory defect, In that case we "mysundus.com" will provide free return shipping and the customer will receive a full refund.
